How the chart works

Every chart on this site is built the same way, from one square out to the whole business.

  1. How to read a 3x3

    The middle is the domain's expertise: a person working with an AI thought partner. Each square around it is a capability, run by an AI agent working from its own folder of instructions.

  2. One domain

    Here is revenue operations: RevOps in the middle, eight capabilities around it, from finding buyers to measuring replies. A redraw opens these squares.

  3. Eight domains around leadership

    Leadership sits in the middle of the business. Around it are the eight domains it wants AI to run, each the middle of its own 3x3.
